1. General
1.1. Reinaa is an online eCommerce store selling Lehenga, Saree, and related fashion products.
1.2. All orders are subject to these Terms and Conditions, as well as applicable laws in India, particularly Karnataka.
1.3. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
2. Account Registration
2.1. You may need to create an account to place an order.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2.3. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.
3. Product Information
3.1. We strive to display product colors, details, and sizes accurately; however, minor variations may occur due to lighting, monitor settings, or fabric nature.
3.2. All product descriptions are subject to change without notice.
3.3. Sizes are indicative; please refer to size charts before placing an order.
4. Order Process
4.1. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
4.2. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or fraudulent activity.
4.3. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5.2. Payment methods: UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, Wallets, or Cash on Delivery (if enabled).
5.3. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Reinaa is not responsible for any errors arising from payment providers.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1. Deliveries are made within India, primarily Bengaluru and surrounding areas.
6.2. Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated during checkout but may vary due to external factors.
6.3. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the shipment is delivered to the address provided.
7. Exchange Policy
7.1. Products are eligible only for exchange in case of manufacturing defects or damage at the time of delivery, subject to verification by Reinaa.
7.2. Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at info@reinaa.co.in.
7.3. Custom-made or personalized products (including stitched Lehenga or Saree) are not eligible for exchange, unless found defective.
7.4. Approved exchanges will be processed for the same product or another product of equal value, subject to availability.
7.5. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
8. Order Tracking
8.1. Customers can track orders using the “Order Tracking” feature on the My Account page.
8.2. Tracking updates depend on the courier service; Reinaa is not liable for delays caused by logistics providers.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All content on the Reinaa website — images, designs, logos, text, and graphics — are the property of Reinaa or its licensors.
9.2. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. Reinaa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or purchase of products.
10.2. Reinaa’s total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
