1.1. Reinaa is an online eCommerce store selling Lehenga, Saree, half Sarees ,Aari works ,casual wear ,ethnic wear etc and related fashion products.
1.2. All orders are subject to these Terms and Conditions and applicable laws in India, particularly Karnataka.
1.3. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
2. Account Registration
2.1. You may need to create an account to place an order.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2.3. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.
3. Product Information
3.1. We strive to display product colors, details, and sizes accurately; however, minor variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or fabric nature.
3.2. Product descriptions are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Order Process
4.1. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
4.2. Reinaa reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
4.3. Order confirmation will be sent via email after successful purchase.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1. All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5.2. Accepted payment methods include UPI, Net Banking, and Credit/Debit Cards.
5.3. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. Reinaa is not responsible for gateway-related errors.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1. Deliveries are available within India, primarily Bengaluru and surrounding areas.
6.2. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
6.3. Risk passes to the customer upon successful delivery.
7. Exchange Policy
7.1. Exchanges are allowed only for manufacturing defects or damaged items, subject to verification.
7.2. Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days via info@reinaa.co.in.
7.3. Custom-made or stitched products are not eligible unless defective.
7.4. Approved exchanges will be processed for equal-value products, subject to availability.
7.5. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with tags intact.
8. Return Policy
• Returns are not accepted except for wrong or defective items.
• An unedited product opening video must be shared within 2 days of delivery via WhatsApp +91 96065 42369 or Instagram DM (Reinaa.co.in).
• Verified claims will receive an exchange or credit note.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All content on the Reinaa website is protected intellectual property.
9.2. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. Reinaa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10.2. Liability is limited to the product value.
11. Privacy Policy

12. Governing Law
